One of my favorite practices is...

The 10 x 10 Joy Amplifier!

If you really want to boost your manifesting mojo, this is one of the most fun and easy ways you can do it!

It goes like this.

1.  Come up with a 10-item tracking system that delights you, and that you can easily carry around with you.  Here are some suggestions:

  • 10 little things you can carry around in your pocket, and move from one pocket to another - pennies, crystals, shells, small marbles, mini figurines, or whatever appeals to you.
  • 10 thin bracelets you can move from one wrist to the other
  • 10 little things you can carry around in your pocket, and move from one pocket to another - pennies, crystals, shells, small marbles, mini figurines, or whatever appeals to you.
  • 10 thin bracelets you can move from one wrist to the other
  • 10 empty boxes in a note on your phone that you can check off
  • 10 stickers you can paste on your calendar
  • 10 chocolates you can eat one by one
  • 10 anythings that you love and that can help you keep track

2.  Anytime you feel like it, stop and appreciate 10 things.  (Do it out loud if you can -- I often use the phrase, "I so appreciate this..." and then say what I like about it.)

You can focus on anything that appeals to you like:

  • Beautiful objects you see around you
  • Wonderful privileges you realize you have (I often appreciate hot running water when I'm showering or warming my hands after being out in the cold)
  • Yummy delights you can enjoy tasting
  • Kindnesses you have noticed in other people
  • Adorable animals
  • Nature and its beauty
  • Weird stuff that your quirky self loves
  • Truly, anything at all that you can take a moment to celebrate

3.  As you appreciate each of the things, count them off on your fingers, one by one.

(This does a couple of great things... Firstly, of course, it just helps you keep track, so you can feel that satisfaction of knowing "I did it!"  Secondly, it deepens the experience.  It's sort of childlike, so it helps you keep it light and sweet and simple and connect to the kind of easy pleasure children access so freely, and also, since it's a physical movement, it engages your body and involves it in the practice, which strengthens the emotional experience.)

4.  When you're done, use your tracking device to record you've done it:

  • Move the bracelet to the other arm
  • Move the penny to your other pocket
  • Put the sticker on your calendar
  • Eat the chocolate (oh,  yeah, one of my favorites!)
  • Etc...

5.  If you do this 1o times over the course of the day until you've used all 10 of your reminders, that's 10 times 10, so that's 100 points of appreciation a day (and possibly 10 chocolates!)

(And, dear friend, if you do 1 x 10, or 3 x 5, or even 1 x 1, you are still doing yourself good!  So HOWEVER many you do, give yourself a gold star (and possibly a chocolate.)

That's it... totally simple and delightful, and here's the best part of all...

When you practice appreciating  things out loud many times a day, your life begins to transform all by itself...

  • You begin to feel happier.
  • You notice lovely things more.
  • You find yourself calmer and more present.
  • You find yourself more creative.
  • Solutions come to you more easily.
  • Your connections with others get sweeter.
  • and then... watch what other ways abundance starts to flow to you more and more!

Seriously!  It works.

So I challenge you to try it, and then report back to us in the Blissipline group and let us know how it goes!

The 10x10 Joy Amplifier!

Now you have a simple and fun system to remind you to practice appreciating 100 times a day!

To your great joy!
