Mary Myers, Co-Founder, Somatic Therapist and Success Coach

My approach to wellbeing is based in a deeply held understanding that mental and emotional health is our core nature.  However, sometimes our training, trauma, habits and neurological challenges make this wellbeing difficult for us to access.

In my work with clients, together we develop Mindfulness Practices and learn to contact the present moment, which is where our power lies.  We develop awareness of life habits and learn to observe how feelings are experienced in the body, which puts us in touch with our brilliant Emotional Guidance System.   This combination leads to an increased capacity to be present to yourself, and to see, understand and change your patterns.

Developing non-judgmental awareness of the self is the key to healthy change.  This understanding leads to the opportunity to make clear choices based in what is best for you.  It also leads to compassion for your life and your experiences, deeper connections with others, and an understanding of how to move in the direction of well-being and happiness.

For many years I have taught Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, a carefully developed program that is amazing effective in helping individuals understand their minds and emotions.  This has deeply informed my work, as has Somatic Experiencing, a powerful body based healing system that brings real and permanent recovery from old wounds.

I feel honored and privileged to do the work I do.  I am beyond lucky to have found this path of wellbeing, and I’d love to share it with you.

Peace to you!

Ramona Galey, Co-Founder, Business and Success Coach

I have always believed that people know what is best for them – that each of us “marches to our own drummer,” and that nobody can look at another from the outside and determine what is best for someone else.  Unfortunately, many of us lose the skill to recognize and follow our inner guidance, for a whole host of various reasons.  Thankfully, the reasons don’t matter, and we can all reclaim that all-important inner voice!

As I work with clients, I focus on reminding them, and assisting them, in allowing that inner knowing to emerge.  We remember to be light-hearted, to focus on the capacity for abundance and well-being, to direct our thoughts in masterful ways, and to observe and allow the flow of desired manifestations (emotions, physical sensations, aligned activity, and results) into our lives.

By remaining curious, non-judgmental, compassionate, loving and always, always, always uplifting, each of us benefits the world and our loved ones, as we each become more fully who we truly are, as we step into our own abundance, as we expand even more into Freedom and Joy.

My coaching background and training in the concepts taught by Tony Robbins (yes, I have “walked on fire!”) and Cloe Madanes helped prepare me for my current work.  Adding all of the processes and concepts taught by Abraham Hicks and Kyle Cease took my work to another level. And, of course, teaming up with the incomparable Mary Myers has been incredibly rewarding and expanding.  I feel very honored to be working with her and with our Thriving in Practice clients.

Bottom line (my favorite place!): I help clients to allow their focus on numbers, money, prosperity, abundance, business, transformative income, and congruent living to become easy, natural, fun, comfortable, and safe.  I simply adore the “aha” moment for people who have been resisting some form of abundance, when they suddenly “get it.”  When they light up in joy, take a deep breath and relax (often for the first time in their lives) over the subject, and then take their “first” next step into the future of their dreams. How can it get any better than that?!

Many hugs!

Ramona

The Bud

The bud
stands for all things,
even for those things that don’t flower,
for everything flowers,
from within,
of self-blessing;
though sometimes it is necessary
to reteach a thing
its loveliness,
to put a hand on
the brow of the flower
and retell it in words
and in touch
it is lovely
until it flowers again from within,

of self-blessing.
